YANGZHOU GLORIO AUTO SEATS Co., Ltd. Was founded in 2010 and is one of China's professional auto seats manufactures. After 19 years of development, she has now possesses variety product of passenger seat, city bus seat, train seats, ambulance interior, engineer vehicle seat and variety kinds of seat parts. The quality of our auto seats products has been approved by China National Auto Quality Audit And Test Center, China Road Transportation Institute, Auto Research Institute Of Tsinghua University, Research Institute of Shanghai Communicative University. Bind to the national standard of GB15083-1994, GB/T13060-1991. Achieved ISO 9000: 2000 in 2003 and ISO/TS 16949: 2002 in 2006 on quality standard and control system, approved by AQA international from America. With CCC certification by China National Mandatory Audit Center on all sold products. The factory covers an area of 25, 000 square meters, with 200 staffs, out of which more than 40 professional and technical experienced talents, parts of whom has more than 10 years of experience within this industry. With full range of manufacture function, including metal processing shop, punching shop, welding shop, gas spring device shop, polyurethane foaming shop, surface treatment and electric static spray painting shop, frame and part assembly shop, final assembly shop and sewing shop. Possesses equipment of 400T, 250T, 160T AND 100T punching machine, along with lathe, milling machine, planer, grinding machine, foaming line, pipe bending, board cutting, 315T oil press and others, totally more than 130 sets of standard and special processing equipment. Also we have advanced special auto seats test equipments like frame strength safety test and acid mist anti-rusting test machine, for the test within our plant before forwarding to a third party test center. And with our advanced automatic and half automatic production line including imported foaming line, electric static spraying line and solely assembly line to guarantee the production quality and delivery time. For our management technology we have computerized LAN office net work and utilizing of Langchao ERP finance and management software.
